Fades, textured cuts, beard work, and a bit of the shop itself. Tap any photo for a closer look.
Years in the chair, not weeks
Every barber here has been doing this a while. It shows up in the fade, not just the sales pitch.
Book without calling
Pick your service, your barber, and a time that works. No hold music, no voicemail.
Finished properly
We check the lines before you're out of the chair, not after you've noticed it in the car.
Regulars, not just customers
A good chunk of our schedule is guys who've been coming since we opened. We'd like to keep it that way.
Two chairs on Harrow Street.
Marcus and Danny trained at the same shop across town, back when you still had to sweep the floor before anyone let you near a client. They left within a year of each other — different reasons, same complaint: too many chairs, not enough attention.
In 2014 they leased two chairs in a narrow storefront on Harrow Street and figured out the rest as they went. No investors, no franchise plan — just a shop where the haircut gets the barber's full attention. Nine years later it's four chairs and a waitlist for Saturday mornings, but the approach hasn't changed. You sit down, you get cut properly, you leave looking like yourself, just sharper.
It's still a Colworth shop first. Local radio some mornings, regulars who've had the same appointment slot for years, and a shop dog who turns up most Fridays.
From the chairs themselves.
Priya's the first person who's cut my hair right without me having to explain my curl pattern first.
Booked online on a Tuesday night and got a Thursday morning slot. Didn't have to call anyone.
Danny's done my beard every three weeks for two years. Exact same result every time, which is all I actually want.
Good fades, no attitude, out in forty minutes. What else do you need.
Took my son in for his first real haircut. Jay was patient with him the whole way through, and it actually looks like a haircut.
